In order to access HFM's mobile website, you will need a mobile Internet package from your mobile service provider. HFM's mobile site is a data intensive application. We highly recommend that you upgrade to an unlimited data package with your mobile service provider to avoid additional charges. Most plans in North America cost $10 to $20/month and many are included in bundles.

Health & Fitness Mobile streams videos in the 3gp video format. 3gp is the most commonly supported video format for mobile phones, however not all handsets and carriers are supported. In addition to a 3gp compatible phone, your carrier also needs to support streaming from outside their network. Faster 2.5g and 3g network connection work the best for quality streams. If you're interested in streaming video, look for a phone that supports EDGE or WCDMA.

If your phone or carrier does not support streaming 3gp videos, try the free HFM Image Series for still image examples of HFM exercises instead. The 'Image' option is located in the same area as the 'video' option on the page for each exercise within a workout.
